The funeral of nine martyrs of employees of Yemen Red Sea Ports Corporation and the oil company, who were martyred during the crime targeting by the Zionist aggression on the ports of Salif and Ras Issa last Thursday, 21 Jamad Al-Akhra, 1446 AH, corresponding to December 22, 2024, were Shi'ahed in the city of Hodeida, today, Sunday, 18 Jamad Al-Akhra, 1446 AH, corresponding to December 19, 2024.
An official funeral ceremony was held for the bodies of the martyrs with the participation of the minister of transport and Public Works Mr. Mohammed qahim, the governor of Hodeida Abdullah Atifi, Dr. Hussein maqbouli, the first deputy of the governorate Ahmed Al-Bishri, the vice-governors of the governorate, the chairman of Yemen Red Sea Ports Corporation, Mr. Zaid Ahmed Taha al-washali, his deputy, Mr. Nasr Abdullah Al-nusairi, a number of military, security and local leaders, social figures, colleagues and relatives of the martyrs, a crowd of citizens, port employees and the oil company.
The mourners praised the steadfastness of the workers at Yemen Red Sea Ports, who are crowning the fruit of jihad for the sake of (Allah) and the interest of the Yemeni people, these great sacrifices, stressing that the Zionist orgy by targeting civilian objects is a desperate attempt to dissuade Yemen from its position of support for the Palestinian people.
The mourners considered the Zionist terrorism with unlimited American and Western support, and the repeated crimes of bombing and destroying Yemeni ports, as part of the bloody record of the Israeli enemy entity against the Yemeni and Palestinian peoples،
They expressed pride in the sacrifices made by Hodeida governorate within the framework of Yemen's position of support and support for the oppressed Palestinian people, stressing that Yemen and its free people continue to support the Palestinian people until the Israeli aggression on Gaza stops.
They called on the United Nations, the international community and the International Court of justice to do their duty towards the terrorist crimes that the Yemeni people's ports have been subjected to, as they are war crimes, genocide and killing of civilians, destroying the capabilities of the Yemeni people and aiming to starve them.
The funeral ceremony for the martyrs took place after praying for them at the Al-Rida mosque in Hodeida city, to be passed to the rich in the martyrs ' cemetery in the governorate center, and some near their home.
