Launching the Training Program on the Basics and Rules of Organizing the Annual Inventory Work at Yemen Red Sea Ports Corporation

Yemen Red Sea Ports Corporation launched over three days from December 28-30, 2025 a training program on the basics and rules of organizing annual inventory work at Yemen Red Sea Ports Corporation.

The program comes under the auspices of the chairman of the board of the corporation, engineer Zaid Ahmed Taha Al-Washali and deputy Mr. Nasr Abdullah Al-Nusairi for their keenness to avoid mistakes and randomness that were made during the work of the inventory committees for previous years, and to start a correct inventory process in modern and systematic ways using the forms and methods approved in accordance with the laws and legislations in force according to the instructions of the Ministry of Finance.

The program implemented by the training and rehabilitation Department of the General Department of human resources aims to introduce 130 participants with the skills of carrying out the annual inventory work for the year 2025 in accordance with the instructions, bases and inventory rules of the periodic book issued by the Ministry of finance to organize the annual inventory of fixed and current assets in economic units. 

At the opening of the program, the vice chairman of the board of the Corporation, Mr. Nasr Abdullah Al-Nusairi, stressed the importance of the role of the members of the inventory committees in the accurate inventory of the port's assets and capabilities, providing clear data and benefiting from the program in a way that enhances the participants ' abilities to carry out the annual inventory for the year 2025 in accordance with the regulations and laws in force and to ensure the optimal implementation of tasks.

He urged the participants to take advantage of the axes of the program implemented by the training team at the institution and the Ministry of Finance in a way that contributes to expanding their knowledge and reflects positively on the level of their performance and the implementation of their field tasks.

The  deputy director of the economic units at the Ministry of Finance, Mr. RadwanJ Jubah, pointed out that the program is a qualitative step to further refine the knowledge and skills of the participants in the program in order to enhance the speed of execution of tasks in a proper and correct manner.

The program was attended by the directors general of Purchases and Stores Eng.Ahmed Salem Abdullah, Human Resources Eng. Mohammed Al-saafani, finance Eng. Abdullah Harba, deputy directors general of Financial Affairs Adel Faqir, Human Resources Eng. Abdullah Obadi, directors of governance departments Eng. Abdul Hakim Abdullah Hammoud, and accounting units Eng. Hani al-Kham'ri, on the part of the Ministry of Finance.
