The General Administration of Salif port in Hodeida Inaugurates the Work of the Code of Conduct and Ethics of the Public Office

On Wednesday 5-27-1444 AH, equal to 12-21-2022 AD, the General Administration of Al-Salif Port in Hodeida Governorate launched the work of the code of conduct and ethics of the public office in all its facilities.

At the inauguration, the Director General of the Port, Dr. Fouad Al-Kibsi, explained that the Code included all the principles, foundations and concepts related to organizing the relationship between employees of all levels and grades and the public of the beneficiaries of services.

He stressed that the port administration will be keen, through the implementation of the code, to improve the public service, which is a site for community service.

He pointed out that working with the Code and what was stated in its provisions is a binding code of honor, and expresses the wisdom of the Yemeni people and their adherence to their faith identity to be a role model culturally, intellectually, administratively and morally.

He pointed out that it comes within the directions of the revolutionary and political leadership to build the modern Yemeni state, enhance the advantages and improve the quality of work and services provided in various sectors, institutions and bodies.

During the inauguration, in the presence of the Deputy Director General of Mr. Human Resources at the Corporation, Abdullah Abadi, the Director of the Training Center, Omar Al-Jarmozi, and the Head of the Archives Department, Adel Assar, the committee assigned by Yemen Red Sea Ports Corporation to go to the port distributed copies of the Code to all department directors and port employees, and signed the forms.

What is new is that the Code of Conduct and Ethics of the Public Service had been launched at the Corporation's main center - the port of Hodeida earlier.
